I called for service due to door not opening and need to adjust a spring. My service technician was a Brent. He is very knowledgable worker and knows what he is doing. During check up he find that belt is also worn out so I have to replase whole unit because mine is obsolete. I decided to order new belt for $34 and replace it myself because can't afford your guys prices plus fees ( paid $245 for the visit) so never would call again.
P.S. Before schedule a service I spoke on the phone and text messages to get a final quote for adjustment a sping and all three person were not able to explain clear. But techniciancould let me know right away a price for turning screw $159.95. Would be very helpfull to let know "people " on the phone to give a right quote for retired people. Also I asked about advertized $0 Fee on your site but got answer " "we not providing this". If you need a screen shot I could provide.... Any way thank you very much...there is no In service performed line a spring adjustment so I put broken spring repair.
