My wife had seen an add on tv for Precision Garage Door service. Sometimes the service isn’t always what it’s advertised. I can say with this company it is. Brent Huffman ,are service tech, friendly and knowledgeable. He had the parts with him and fixed our door. The person who set up appointment was great as well. Would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs!

Website was very easy to navigate in order to book an appointment which we were able to get for the very next day at a convenient timeframe for us. I received a confirmation email that same night and this morning received a text from Brent, the technician that he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained to him the issues we were having, and he explained what the problem was. Brent went over the quote with me and answered my questions and immediately got to work. He was done within an hour and a half and took the time to go over specifics about the remote the door button the manual and setting up use of Garage Door via Wi-Fi on her phone, he was very pleasant and friendly and helpful and thank us for our business. We would definitely recommend precision door in Bowling Green to anyone that asks.

Technician arrived way before agreed window time. I had to rearrange my day to accommodate the tec. Quote for a simple spring repair was over $1,000. Ridiculous prices and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company seems like they are just looking to rip people off.

Recently purchased a rental property in Glasgow, needed 2 garage doors repaired quickly in order to get the units on the market. Called at 5pm and received a service appt for the next morning, technician arrived early and took care of business right off the bat, new remotes, new sensors, new wire cables, tightened and oiled the tracks. Everything works as it should now. Hats off to Brent Huffman, as knowledgeable as he is personable.
