I called for service due to door not opening and need to adjust a spring. My service technician was a Brent. He is very knowledgable worker and knows what he is doing. During check up he find that belt is also worn out so I have to replase whole unit because mine is obsolete. I decided to order new belt for $34 and replace it myself because can't afford your guys prices plus fees ( paid $245 for the visit) so never would call again. P.S. Before schedule a service I spoke on the phone and text messages to get a final quote for adjustment a sping and all three person were not able to explain clear. But techniciancould let me know right away a price for turning screw $159.95. Would be very helpfull to let know "people " on the phone to give a right quote for retired people. Also I asked about advertized $0 Fee on your site but got answer " "we not providing this". If you need a screen shot I could provide.... Any way thank you very much...there is no In service performed line a spring adjustment so I put broken spring repair.

A spring broke on my garage door so there was tension on one side, but not on the other side; therefore, it wouldn’t seal completely when it closed. I called Precision to get a free quote and they came out within 2 hours to take a look. The tech, Brent Huffman, was great. He diagnosed, gave me a quote and had it all fixed within 30 minutes. I am very happy he had the tools/parts to fix it same day and happy with the results & how quickly they were able to come out and have it done. 5/5 stars!

We could not be more satisfied with both the garage doors and the young men who installed them. It has made our garage a very quiet space given that we purchased insulated doors. A spring broke on our old, noisy system, leaving us without access to our vehicles. I easily made an appointment on-line. The day before the appointment, Brent arrived, was clear about what needed to be done and for how much. Then he opened the door so we could get our truck out. The next day Brent was a few minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. The new system and door overhaul work perfectly, solving a number of issues. My wife was very pleased!
